INTRODUCTION
The constipation and the haemorrhoids are more frequent at the end of the gestation. They take place for the decrease of the intestinal motilidad and for the increase of the secondary venous pressure to the uterine growth.
We must recommend hygienic-dietetic measurements. If they fail we can use forming laxatives of skittle (plántago ovata, ispaghula, saved, metilcelulosa) avoiding the use of laxatives of contact. Safety evidence does not exist in the use of the lactulosa. As for the haemorrhoids treatment, the local formulations are those who have demonstrated a major safety. The use of suppositories must be avoided by the biggest absorption for the anal mucous membrane.
