DEFINITION
Gilbert's syndrome is an alteration more than an illness that is transmitted unceremoniously in that a bilirrubina raised in the blood appears, for an inadequate prosecution for the liver and cause jaundice (yellow color of the skin).
CAUSES
Gilbert's illness is a benign problem that it affects up to 10 % of the population.
SYMPTOMS
The high bilirrubina gives a tone or yellow color to the skin and to the conjunctive ones of cyclical form (Jaundice). Before the efforts, stress, inadequate feeding or infections can increase and give fatigue and abdominal pains.
DIAGNOSIS
The blood analytical one will show an elevation of Bilirrubina Indirecta or not brought together.
TREATMENT
He does not need treatment, it is almost a find without aftereffect.
