DESCRIPTION

Bled nasal is very frequent and the most common causes are the nasal trauma, the rinitis (included the allergic ones), or the respiration of excessively dry air. A big quantity of bled nasals happens without apparent reason.

Most of bled nasals come from the nasal dividing wall and generally they are very easy to stop. In some persons bled nasals come from deeper areas of the nose, and these bled, that are less frequent, are much more difficult to cut.

URGENT TREATMENT OF BLED NASALS

To sit down or to remain standing, what the lentificar favors the blood flow towards the veins of the nose. Not to throw the head backwards.

• The nose to be stopped up with the index and the thumb and to breathe across the mouth during 5 ó 10 minutes; this will stop the blood flow.
• To soak a cotton torunda with hydrogen peroxide and to introduce it in the nostril sangrante.

If the bled one not for in 10 ó 15 minutes, to look quickly for medical care.
