If it happens during the cleanliness of a deep caries, an endodoncia can be more stated (biopulpectomia). The recovering pulpar direct is a treatment especially indicated in young teeth, with the open apex or scantly formed.
SYMPTOMS
After the precedent of a traumatism the patient can show sensibility to the cold.
SKILL
A previous history and exploration, along with a suitable position of the patient and of the professional, the use of a correct skill and a few measurements of asepsis are essential norms for the achievement of good recovering pulpar. It is necessary to realize a radiography to control the situation.
The election material for the recovering is the calcium hydroxide in watery solution, which is applied on the exposed pulp. Later the tooth is plugged with the suitable, provisional or definitive material, which in the previous teeth there will be compound resins.
COMPLICATIONS
In young teeth the prognosis is good. Nevertheless, it is necessary to carry a control out at the age of 3, 6 and 12 months, since the pulp can to present degenerative or inflammatory phenomena and necrosarse.
