DEFINITION AND CAUSES
The tantrums are pictures in the shape of uncoercible cries, screams, or uncontrollable movements that usually appear in the infancy. The tantrums are a form of expression ó destructive behavior ó crafty that appears like answer to not satisfied needs.
For it there are an emotional discharge with loss of the control of the temperament and incapability to control the emotions due to a decrease of the tolerance to the frustration when he denies a concrete satisfaction to himself.
One tries thus to attract attention to force the others to satisfy the needs or desires.
The tantrums can be considered to be normal if they appear occasionally, between the first and fourth year of life. If they are very frequent or last more than 15 minutes the topic is already not normal and it is necessary to consult with the doctor.
The behavior of the parents can be a facilitating factor of the same ones since if the tantrum expires with his targets his frequency is stimulated.
TREATMENT
The best way of overcoming this problem is the isolation (to make the child alone) and not satisfaction of his desires, with it turns into an undesirable and useless behavior, tending to disappear.
