When we describe like psychotic to a person or a series of conducts, there is used a general term that wants to transmit the idea of maladjusted powerlessness, loss of control, incapability to communicate with sense, and perhaps of rare, crazy or extravagant someone. It usually use in pejorative tone, nevertheless, in the professional ambience is used in very general terms to refer simply to a set of symptoms, without bearing in mind still the causality, treatment or duration.
An idea of the psychoses is that there are serious disorders of the self-control with excessive or insufficient activity. When there is present hyperactivity, we can observe agitation, lack of organization or absence of control. If we have hypoactivity, retreat is warned or catatonia (a type of physical immobility).
The psychotic person is characterized by the impulsiveness and incapability to be learning norms that should go helping him to autocontrolarse. Also the opposite can happen, but always for the same cause: the absence of distinction between fantasy and reality.

They live in their own universe thinking that the others are mistaken, and that they are in possession of the truth. In fact we all are born being psychotic, living in our bubble, but we are learning, internalizing norms that allow us to adapt ourselves, interacting to be able to go out of our egoism.
