 DEFINITION
The Forensic Psychology would be the science that using the procedures and the knowledge of the Psychology and the Neurociencias, gives a diagnosis on the character of the individuals and his conducts as regards a few facts and in accordance with the needs for the right in all his slopes. The juridical or forensic psychology is an experimental science that supports and advises the judges.
TARGETS
The target of the forensic psychology is to provide to the judicial process of a few beginning, a few skills and a few psychological instruments that allow a more objective evaluation of the human conduct and I helped the judge to pronounce sentences more according to the demands of the imputed ones.
The work of the psychologist like expert adviser in the legal processes, is a clinical and diagnostic work in which it expresses his professional judgment about the mental state of the persons involved somehow in the pertinent legal process. The expert psychologist is a technician who owes a report with a high grade of validity and reliability. It must use a clear language, avoiding to use the psychological metalanguage, which sometimes does inoperative earlier the judicial instances.
The expert report prepared by the forensic psychologist, it constitutes a written document in which the expert exhibits his considerations and conclusions on the facts that have been an object of the skill. In some cases, the experts will have to ratify it verbally in judicial presence and surrender to the clarifications of the parts, as it 346 and 347 of the L.E.Civil establish the Art.

The psychologist also can intervene expressing a clinical report.
