DEFINITION

CAUSES

DIAGNOSIS

TREATMENT
Empirically a treatment is done with antibiotics for several weeks to try to clean of bacteria the prostate although the same ones have not isolated themselves. They are used sulfamidas, quinolonas, etc...
To improve the flow of urine and the sensation of pelvic pressure / pain the doxazosina is used, terazosina and tamsulosina, associated or not with other unspecific antinflamatorios like the ibuprofeno.
The surgery transureteral is the last remedy if they do not transfer the symptoms.
The evolution in enough cases is towards the cronificación.
