A premature childbearing can take place why the doctor provokes the childbearing for diverse reasons (complications of the pregnancy or risks for the baby) or for the spontaneous break of the bag.

Most of the occasions are the break of the membranes that cover to the fetus the one that produces the premature childbearing, and one of the causes that are adduced is an infection of the amniotic liquid and of the bag with answer of natural defense of the organism with the expulsion of the same ones. But it is not a cause that it is possible to demonstrate in most cases, and for it of difficult prevention.

The women that it has more risk of having a premature childbearing, but not always it determines the same one, they are:

• Women with pregnancy of twins or more than 2 babies.
• Women with precedents of premature pregnancies previously.
• Women with malformations in the counterfoil.
• Women younger than 18 years or than more than 35 years.

Other factors are not intrinsic but of ways of life of the mother as they can be:

• To drink alcohol.
• The use of illegal drugs.
• Stress.
• To be standing up in the work many hours.
• To smoke.
• The absence of prenatal care.
• Familiar maltreatments.

The risks can be for the appearance of medical problems in the same pregnancy as they are:

• Unexpected rupture of unknown and premature cause of the membranes (infections?).
• The vaginal infections, infections of the urinary tract, infections of sexual transmission, etc....
• Arterial hypertension of the mother.
• Diabetes in the mother.
• Mother with alterations of the coagulation.
• Mother much grows thin before the pregnancy.
• Mother with excess weight before the pregnancy (Obesity).
• Very followed pregnancies, less than 9 months between them.
• Miscellany.
