How to lose 500 calories a day without losing the health
A healthy loss of weight does not need necessarily a formal program of aerobic exercises.
It is demonstrated that the aerobic exercise (that exercise that needs every day a major activity time to manage to accelerate the pulse up to a given valuation, p.ej.120 beaten per minute) contributes benefits and is a good way of losing the remaining calories and of reducing the stress.
But also there exist less formal ways of increasing the activity level to avoid the accumulation of not wished calories.
A loss of 500 calories a day represents a weekly loss of approximately 400 grams in weight. Remember that can get rid of these 500 calories if it does not consume so many people a day or takes a more and more active life... or better still, two things simultaneously.
Changes in the diet
Each of the changes that here are exhibited supposes a reduction of 250-300 calories a day:
- Reduce approximately 100 grams the quantity of meat that it consumes a day.
- Clipping in two soup spoonfuls the daily consumption of butter, margarine or oil.
- Half a liter drinks less sugary gaseous drinks, as well as of beer.
- Take tidbits, neither sweets, nor dry fruits.
Changes of physical activity
Each of the changes that here are exhibited supposes a reduction of 250-300 calories.
- To walk to step moderated during 60 daily minutes. This can split into small walks during the day.
- To take care of the garden or of the garden during 50 daily minutes.
- To practise the swimming during 30 daily minutes.
- To mount in bicycle during 25 daily minutes.
If it loses approximately 500 calories a day, it will have lost 400 grams in one week. And without need to die neither of famine nor of no exhausting exercise.
