Disacaridasas shortcoming, lactasa deficit, intolerance to the milk
DEFINITION
The lactose intolerance is an affectation of the intestinal mucous membrane with inability to digest the lactose (azcar of the milk) due to a shortcoming of one enzyme called lactasa.
SYMPTOMS

DIAGNOSIS

- Any cream or purée prepared with milk or dairy products (spinach to the cream).
- Any product of bakery that contains milk or milk derivatives: Donuts, Pancakes, Crapes, rolls, sponge cakes, cookies, pastas, toasts, etc.
- All the products pre-cooked or prepared with addition of milk derivatives.
- Cereals enriched with proteins.
- Butter, cream, margarines that contain milk derivatives.
- Seasonings of salads and mayonnaises that contain milk or milk derivatives.
- All prepared with not authorized ingredients.
- Pastries, cakes, sponge cakes, ice creams, sherbets, and yogures and other commercial articles.
- Milk of skimmed, skimmed, evaporated or condensed entire cow, yogurt.
