DIAGNOSIS
The defeat testicular is one of many possible causes of the unfertility. To diagnose unfertility the doctor must examine the sexual couple and do blood test, urine and semen (to see Normal Reproduction). The diagnosis will depend on these analyses.
In the cases in which the sexual maturation is very slow or is absent, the diagnosis will be done by an interview, medical examination and appropriate analyses.
IS THE DEFEAT TESTICULAR SERIOUS?
The defeat testicular is neither a threat nor the first step of a degenerative process, but his seriousness depends on the symptoms if the same: unfertility, scarcity of sexual conduct and delay in the sexual ripeness. The restoration of a normal sexual conduct or the continuity of the normal sexual development can be achieved often with the administration of masculine hormones, but the fertility rarely can be recovered.
TREATMENT
Medication. For certain type of defeat testicular masculine hormones are administered, being very effective in some cases of delay in the puberty or scarcity of sexual conduct.
