The hand is located just under the shoulder. Take the weight supporting the elbow doubled at level of the shoulder. Raise the hand ahead up to coming at the edge of the table and lower it again slowly to the initial position. The exercise repeats 20 times resting 30 seg. every 10 repetitions. B: KNOCKED DOWN SIDEWAYS

 

Knocked down sideways on the arm opposite to the injured person. The disabled arm supported on the waist at a height of the stomach, with the hand holding the weight down. To raise the weight up to coming to the position parallel to the soil. The elbow has to be still beaten to the waist. Slowly to lower the arm to the initial position. HE MUST NOT FEEL PAIN.

  • EXERCISE 8: INTERNAL ROTATION OF SHOULDER
 

Knocked down mouth below in a table with the top part of the arm rested on the table forming an angle of 90 grades with regard to the shoulder. The elbow and forearm stand out just in the rim the table forming an angle of 90 grades with the forearm.   • EXERCISE 12: STRENGTHENING OF TRICEPS
 

Sat in a chair looking at the mirror and with the straight back. Hold the weight with the disabled arm. The arm in high place with the right elbow and the weight looking backwards. Dividing of this double position the elbow backwards and later up slowly. The elbow must remain fixed in the same place. To repeat the exercise 20 times resting 30 seg. every 10 repetitions.
