DEFINITION
The derivatives of the cocaine are obtained of the shrub of the coca (the Bolivian one or "huanaco", the Colombian or "novagranatense" and the "trujillense" of Peru). The production of the cocaine as such is realized by means of the transformation of the sheets of coca in cocaine pasta and later, this one in clorhidrato of cocaine. For it there are needed catalytic substances between which there are the ether, the sulphuric acid, and the gasoline. The physical dependency is controversial but if more problems is the drug psicoactiva as for the grade of psychological dependency.

THE PASTA OF COCA, FREE BASE AND CRACK (cheap Cocaine or of the poor person)
The Coca pasta is obtained after macerating with water and solvent others the coca sheets, the "raw cocaine" being obtained this way or basuca.
The consumption risk affects at all the ages, from children and adolescents up to elders, but of special form between 18 and 30 years. It is equal in both sexes and social class or professions.
The absorption of the cocaine (so much of free base and or) is very rapid to the ace and the effects appear after the first inhalation of immediate form, lasting between four to six minutes. - The psychiatric complications: irritability, crisis of anxiety, decrease of the memory and of the capacity of concentration. Also in certain cases the "psychosis appears cocaínica" that consists of a sprout of paranoid ideas that take the person to the confusion state, being able to produce real panic crises, and of pictures alucinatorios, etc.
- The sexual apathy or powerlessness.
- The bulimia and anorexia nervosa.
- The neurological alterations (headaches and the vascular accidents as the cerebral ictus)
- The cardiac arrhythmias
- The problems of asthma or difficulties to breathe
- The perforation of the nasal dividing wall.
- The risks of perinatal mortality, abortions and nervous problems in the newborn baby it do a very important problem in pregnancy and lactation.
