    OTHER INSTRUCTIONS

    • To chew well and slowly.
    • To eat sat with time.
    • Not to take abundant liquids with the meals.
    • To take liquids to small gulps.
    • Not to eat exaggeratedly.
    • Not to take very warm or very cold food.
    • Not to go to bed after the meal.
    • Not to stop doing the meals; the long fastings must be avoided.
