A cup (150 gm). of alone milk, with coffee or tea, without sugar. A slice of toast (25 gm). with 5 gm. of jam. 150 gm. of fresh fruit.
MEAL:
200 gm. of Jewish white (string beans) ó 200 gm. of lentils cooked without potatoes.
150 gm. of grilled veal with salad. A slice of bread (25 gm).
150 gm. of fresh fruit.
DINNER:
200 gm. of noodles soup clarita. French omelette of two eggs.
150 gm. of grilled sole. A bread slice. 150 gm. of fresh fruit.
ON TUESDAY
BREAKFAST:
Just as in the previous days.
MEAL:
Melon (180 gm). with 50 gm. of cured ham (only the loin).
Salad of asparagus, tomato, onion and escarole (200 gm).
Cow filet to the chopped garlic (150 gm). Bread, a slice (25 gm).
Yoghourt without sugar (with saccharine).
DINNER:
A soft-boiled egg. 150 gm. of green Jewish women with tomato.
150 gm. of muffled up hake. 100 gm. of cheese of Burgos.
Bread, a medium slice (25 gm).
ON WEDNESDAY
BREAKFAST:
Just as in the previous days.
MEAL:
100 gm. of squids in his ink ó 100 gm. of bream to the stove.
150 gm. of salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, onion, etc...
150 gm. of fried chicken. Bread, a slice (25 gm). Fresh fruit, 200 gm.
DINNER:
150 gm. of meat broth (Avecrem, Starlux, etc...).
150 gm. of vegetables mixed salad (spinach, spinach beets, etc..., cooked).
150 gm. of young hake in green sauce (to impregnate very lightly the young hake).
Bread, a slice. Fresh fruit, 150 gm.
ON THURSDAY
BREAKFAST:
Just as in the previous days.
MEAL:
200 gm. of canister asparagus, with sauce vinaigrette.
200 gm. of meat paella. 50 gm. of cheese of Burgos.
150 gm. of fruit. A slice of bread (25 gm).
DINNER:
150 gm. of pasta soup clarita.
Omelette of two eggs with 100 gm. of mushrooms. 150 gm. of muffled up hake.
Fresh fruit, 100 gm. Bread, a slice.
ON FRIDAY
BREAKFAST:
Just as in the previous days.
MEAL:
150 gm of macaroons with tomato (50 gm).
150 gm. of salad of lettuce, tomato, onion, gherkins, asparagus (without oil).
Cooked cod (150 gm). with potatoes (100 gm).
Bread, a slice. Fresh fruit (150 gm).
DINNER:
200 gm. of cooked cauliflower, rehogada with a teaspoonful of oil and vinegar.
150 gm. of sausages of grilled Frankfurt, with 150 gm. of roast peppers.
Bread, a slice (25 gm).
125 gm. of rice pudding.
ON SATURDAY
BREAKFAST:
Just as in the previous days.
MEAL:
200 gm. of cooked spinach beets. 250 gm. of veal type skewer, with 50 gm. of chips. Bread, a slice. 150 gm. of fresh fruit.
DINNER:
150 gm. of noodles soup clarita.
Hamburger (an egg and 125 gm. of cut beef), with 100 gm. of lettuce or escarole and 100 gm. of tomato.
Bread, a slice (25 gm). Fresh fruit 150 gm.

TO CHOOSE BETWEEN OTHER DAYS OF THE WEEK.
