DINNER:

A soft-boiled egg. 200 gm. of cooked young hake, or 150 of cooked hake or it irons in his juice. 125 gm. of rice pudding.

ON WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST:

MEAL:

Just as other days.

MEAL:

200 gm. of vegetable stew or mixed salad of vegetables, rehogadas with a few oil drops. 150 gm. of bream to the stove, with 50 gm. of baked potatoes (gm can be replaced with 150. of lamb chops, or 150 gm of any grilled prepared white fish and in his juice). 100 gm. of fresh fruit.

DINNER:

French omelette of two eggs.
150 gm. of cauliflower to the garlic, or of green Jewish women dressed with little oil, or 2 tomatoes prepared with salt, or spinach fried slightly with garlic.
