DEFINITION
The sensation of feeling sad, droop emotionally, and of losing interest in the things that earlier enjoyed is what is called a depression. CAUSES
The depression can be the result of many reasons:

- To feel pessimistic
- To feel anxious or worried.
TYPES OF DEPRESSION
- Severe depression. When the person presents almost all the symptoms of the depression and the depression prevents him from realizing his activities of the daily life.
- Moderate depression. When the person presents many of the symptoms of the depression and these prevent him from realizing the activities of the daily life.
- Light depression. When the person presents some of the symptoms of the depression and realizing his activities of the daily life it takes an extraordinary effort.
ATTITUDE BEFORE THE DEPRESSION
The ignorance of the depression like illness with all his possible symptoms leads the persons to being blamed to if the same for the symptoms, and they do not know that treatments exist for the illness. For it if some symptoms of the depression appear it has to of getting in touch with his family doctor, or other organizations of health.
In general what happens then is that:
- It will be a question of determining if there exists a physical reason that provokes the depression.
