 DEFINITION

SYMPTOMS

Also, they are indicated when there is needed the retention of a provisional material, which otherwise might not be realized. They would be contra-indicated in the cases in which the tooth could be restored by another material.
SKILL
A previous history and exploration, along with a suitable position of the patient and of the professional, the use of a correct skill and a few measurements of asepsis are essential norms for the achievement of this skill. First of all it is necessary to realize an evaluation of the occlusion and later it is anesthetized and the isolation is realized. After the cleanliness of the caries and/or treatment pulpar, the cavity is refilled with cement and the crown of the tooth is carved. It is elected the preformed cororna, is proved, fits and cements.
COMPLICATIONS
The most important complications will be those of the base treatments, that is to say of the caries and/or of the pulp. Sometimes it is possible to produce the descementado of the crown.
