DEFINITION
Removable prosthesis is named a composure to the repair in one by break of one of his elements, in this case to weld two metallic fragments in a skeletal one.
SYMPTOMS
The welding in a skeletal one repairs a break in the metallic structure. The patient complains about that a retainer has broken him and/or about that the prosthesis moves.
SKILL
The capture of impressions is realized with the skeletal one and it is sent to the laboratory for his repair. As soon as the problem was solved it is placed in the mouth and fits.
COMPLICATIONS
The complications are those of the removable prostheses. Sometimes it is possible to produce the appearance of an ulcer in the mucous membrane related to the composure, which must be solved retouching the prosthesis.
