The procedures that can take are the following ones:

To warn him that the mealtime comes.

To recommend to him to wash his/her/its hands, if it is necessary to help him.

To accompany him to the dining room, if he needs it and to leave him in a comfortable position.

To verify that the diet is the correct one.

To help him if he needs it.

To try that he eats slowly.

Not to give him sensation fast.

To alternate solid food with liquids.

To place the meal in the later part of the language to facilitate the swallowing.

To observe the ill quantity, as well as his difficulties to eat and communicating it to the nurse.

When it stops eating, providing to him the tools that he needs to get up and to help him.

To remind to him the importance of his mouth hygiene after eating and if he it needs to help him.

To withdraw the meal Serbians for his cleanliness.
