GENERAL INFORMATION
The allergy to seafood is more frequent in the adult.
Between the seafood, the crustaceans (prawn, shrimp, shrimps, crab and lobster) are those who have more probabilities of causing an allergic reaction.
The mollusks (clams, oysters, ears of sea, etc.) can be alergénicos, but the reactions to these seafood are less common. Some persons are allergic to both types of seafood.
The snails and the limpets it usually collaborates to the allergy to mites of the domestic dust and produce asthma.
Rarer is already the allergy to the cefalópodos.
DIET OF EXCLUSION
It is for it the exclusion diet it is necessary to do avoiding the group to which every person has been diagnosed.
