The allergy dry fruits can appear in specific form, that is to say only to almond, only to hazel, alone to pistacho/anarcardo, only to peanut, or in group.
- Group allergy to dry fruits: hazelnut, almond, peanut.
- Allergy to peanut and vegetables.
- Allergy to pistachio nut and cashew.
WHAT IS IT NECESSARY TO AVOID IN EVERY CASE
The key for a free allergy diet is to avoid all the food or products that contain the food to which you are allergic. The allergy to the dry fruits is an abnormal answer of the body opposite to the proteins found in the dry fruits. In order to avoid the food that contain dry fruits, it is important to read the tags of the food.
How to read a tag for a free diet of dry fruits:
Insure of avoiding the food that contain any of the following ingredients:
- Almonds.
- Nuts of the Brazil.
- Cashews.
- Chestnuts.
- Hazelnuts.
- Gianduja (a creamy miscellany of chocolate and pieces of toasted dry fruits that are in the imported chocolate or of top class).
- American hard nut.
- Nut macadamia.
- Marzipan / almond pasta.
- Nougat.
- Artificial dry fruits Nu-Nuts ®.
- Butter of dry fruits; for example, butter of cashew, almond butter.
- Oil of dry fruits.
- Pasta of dry fruits; for example, it grazes of almond.
- Types of nut.
- Fruit dry of the pine (pine nut kernel).
- Pistachio nuts.
- Nuts.
- The artificial dry fruits Nu-Nuts ® are peanuts (peanuts) to which one has taken the flavor from them and there is added to them the flavor of a dry fruit as the type of nut or the nut.
- The Neapolitan hazelnuts are hazel.

The diet must be exempt of:
- Pistachio nut (pistacia edge),
- Cashew (anacardium occidentalis),
- Handle (mangifera it indicates); they are members of the family Anacardiaceae
